“Lambrusco Experience”

A full immersion into Oinoe’s world, with special attention dedicated to the most representative grape variety of our territory. Each tasting is preceded by a visit to the underground cellar and production areas. We will guide you through the discovery of every detail of the production phases, from harvesting to aging, sharing the details and curiosities that make our products special.

Three different expressions of Lambrusco that will make you discover the incredible variety and versatility of one of the oldest grape varieties in the world.

• “Bocanegra” Emilia IGP (80% Lambrusco Maestri, 20% Ancellotta);
• “Mèstor” DOC Colli di Parma (100% Lambrusco Maestri);
• “Lambrusco del Viadanese” Mantova IGP (100% Lambrusco Viadanese).

Every tasting experience is accompanied by mixed snacks (breadsticks, crackers..).
