The ideal experience for all those who wish to delve deep into the history and winemaking production of our hills, with a special attention devoted to the grape varieties that have shaped its story.
Each tasting experience is preceded by a visit to the underground cellar and production areas. We will guide you through the discovery of every detail of the production phases, from harvesting to refinement, sharing the details and curiosities that make our products special.
Our terroir in four glasses:
- “Mèstor” DOC Colli di Parma (100% Lambrusco Maestri);
- “Sabitu” DOC Colli di Parma sparkling Malvasia Aromatica di Candia;
- “Rea” DOC Colli di Parma still Malvasia Aromatica di Candia;
- “Rosso Parma” DOC Colli di Parma still red wine (75% Barbera, 25% Bonarda).
Every tasting experience is accompanied by mixed snacks (breadsticks, crackers..).

We got the most interesting tour we could imagine. Also based on our knowledge about wine, we learnt a lot about the area, history on the different kind of products they produce locally.

La ragazza che ci ha accompagnato durante il percorso è stata bravissima e mai noiosa o ripetitiva nelle spiegazioni, dalla vendemmia alle tecniche di vinificazione, dal remuage alla sboccatura senza tralasciare cenni storici e tipologie dei terreni delle viti.
I vini della degustazione superlativi.
Vini molto buoni ed alcuni anche originali come il metodo classico ed il Malvasia secco
