Age of the vineyard: 14 years
Position: In the small village of Cogozzo (Viadana); our only vineyard outside the province of Parma, which is placed at the center of the Cerioli family's homeland.
Exposure: North-East
Altitude: 26 meters above sea level
Terroir: Floodplain of River Po: sandy and silty sediments of the big river. Very deep and moderately calcareous soil, characterized by good drainage and scarce or non-existent skeleton. The substrate is composed by "Floods" that deposited during the Medium Pleistocene period (starting from 600.000 years ago).
