Intense aromas of ripe summer fruit, in alcohol marasca cherry, withered flowers, humus, sweet spices, cocoa, clove and vanilla hints. The mouthfeel is round and fresh, the tannins are well balanced and the final is very long.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Bibenda, 2020<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Winemaking notes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The grapes are all harvested by hand using small crates; once destemmed and pressed, they are transferred in tanks, where through the process of fermentation all the polyphenolic substances contained in the skins are extracted. After the alcoholic fermentation, a malolactic fermentation lowers the acidity of the wine making it smoother.
