The Guardasone hill is not only the ground on which our winery lays its foundation, but also a unique and extremely charming area, full of natural resources and historical heritage. This hill stands between the valleys created by the two rivers Enza and Termina. It is therefore located at the south-east edge of the area of production of DOC Colli di Parma<\/strong> wines, an area which has always been characterized by unique climate and soil, perfect for the cultivation of vineyards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A relaxed walk or a bike tour among these vineyards is the ideal way to get lost among unique views and breathtaking sights, surrounded by nature and history. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting from summer 2021, thanks to a a special project conceived in cooperation with the Municipality of Traversetolo<\/strong> and ArcheoVea impresa culturale srl<\/strong>, with the scientific supervision of Parma University’s archaeologists, a total of nine educational and informative panels<\/strong> have been positioned along the different itineraries winding among the vineyards, containing information, images and maps. A specific guide has also been created in order to give more detailed information concerning all the available itineraries for both walkers and mountain bikers in Guardasone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first panel, in front of the winery, introduces some of the available itineraries in the area, also providing a specific QR code allowing the users to follow the corresponding gps tracks on their mobile devices. <\/p>\n\n\n

All the other panels are distributed along the paths, and they further investigate all the historical, natural and cultural aspects that make our territory unique: the Castle of Guardasone, with its watchtower, whose ruins still persist on top of Mount Lugolo, the historical and archaeological findings, nature and viability, geology, fossils and much more. <\/p>\n\n\n

Oinoe also offers guided walking tours among the vineyards, followed by wine tasting<\/strong> in order to enjoy the beauty of this territory to the full, and to ccomplete the experience with a guided tour to the winery and a well deserved final tasting on our panoramic terrace or in the tasting room on the first floor, with a special view on the vineyards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
